Westward Development Group formed to meet the high demand for development management services in the Pacific Northwest. Westward offers 30 years of real estate development experience largely focused on residential and commercial construction.

Andrew

J. Andrew Miller

PRINCIPAL

Andrew has been active in real estate for more than 25 years, first as an Architect and in 1998, shifted his focus to real estate development. To date, he has been involved in the design or development of approximately $1.5B in project value. Additionally, he serves on the Board of a local affordable housing group. Andrew believes having a vision come to life and become a place where people live and create a lifetime of memories to be an incredibly rewarding experience.

Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Andrew is married, has two children and lives in Seattle. He is, or has been, active in sailing, mountain climbing, running, flying, soccer, scouting, and the Roosevelt High School orchestra.

Jane

Jane Corcoran

PRINCIPAL

Jane has been active in project and development management since 2011, first managing the openings of new restaurants for a national restaurant group and moving into residential real estate development in 2015. Jane has managed the acquisition and development of over 20 projects in the Seattle market ranging from single-family homes, 20+ unit townhome projects to 100+ unit apartment projects.

As a native to Seattle, Jane values the role that development plays in shaping the city and enhancing each neighborhood she works in. For her, there is nothing more satisfying than creating a sense of place that allows future residents the opportunity to enjoy Seattle and its surrounding markets as much as she does.

Jane holds a degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
